Over 1,200 Fort McMurray Public School Division students are transported safely to and from our schools every day. This makes us extremely proud as safety is our number one priority!

Requests for transportation are to be made at the time of registration at the school or online through your PowerSchool account.

Important Dates and Information 2024-2025

  • Tuesday, August 20th  - Schools open to accept registrations.
  • Monday, August 26th, 4:00 PM - Bus registration deadline to ensure pick up on the first day of school
  • Tuesday, September 3rd - First day of regular bus service *Staggered entry in effect *No mid-day pick up for ECS

POLICY FOR ADDING STUDENTS

Tuesday, August 26th thru Friday, August 30th:

  • Students will be eligible to ride as of Friday, September 6th
  • Cut off for registration is NOON on Friday

Tuesday, September 3rd thru Friday, September 20th:

  • All Students, all stops - 5 business days 

Monday, September 23rd:

  • All students, new stops and existing stops – 3 to 5 business days

New stops will be added to runs after October 1st. Students will be directed to the nearest MASTER stop.

  • ALL TIMELINES ARE SUBJECT TO VEHICLE/ROUTE CAPACITY
  • NOON IS THE DAILY CUT-OFF TIME FOR STUDENT REGISTRATIONS

Submissions will be accepted after noon, but will qualify as the next business day
